Blood donation camp was organized in the special camp of 05 units of Ewing Christian College National Service Scheme in collaboration with Helpers Seva Trust and Humanity India Trust organization

 Blood donation camp was organized in the special camp of 05 units of Ewing Christian College National Service Scheme in collaboration with Helpers Seva Trust and Humanity India Trust organization. In this blood donation camp, more than 150 students registered themselves for blood donation but some students, especially girls, could not donate blood due to low hemoglobin or health reasons. A total of 84 units of blood were donated by the students, out of which 37 were girl students. Radio Jockey Govind ji was present as the chief guest in the program and encouraged all the blood donors. Today's blood donation camp was inaugurated by Principal Dr. A. S. Moz and chief guest radio jockey Govind ji. He also described such an important event as important for the society and the nation and praised the college for it. Principal Dr. Moze praised the program officers of National Service Scheme for organizing the blood donation camp.

Former Octa General Secretary Dr. Umesh Pratap Singh and Program Officer Dr. Prem Prakash Singh and Program Officers Dr. Aruney Mishra and Dr. Jan Kumar honored all the students who donated blood by giving them certificates and mementos.

Addressing the students on this occasion, Dr. Umesh Pratap Singh said that blood donation by teachers and students removes the misconceptions about blood donation in the society and motivates people to donate blood. In this camp, the team of Swaroop Rani Hospital Blood Bank cooperated for blood collection. The blood collected in today's blood donation camp will be made available to help thalassemia and cancer patients as well as general patients. A health testing camp was also organized by the Medical College on this occasion. In which more than 200 volunteers got information about their blood group and hemoglobin level.

Program Officer Dr. Suraj Gunwant ji expressed his gratitude to Satyam Maurya, Anup Bind, Anshika, Komal, Neeraj, Amit, Anuradha from Humanity India Trust and Ajit Singh, Gaurav Singh, Ankit Shukla, Shreya Kesharwani from the helpers team for their cooperation in the camp. Also expressed gratitude to the entire team of Swaroop Rani Hospital.
